  • Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    No
  • Are you licensed?

    Yes, we have two licensed property managers, one licensed REALTOR and a licensed Broker - in - Charge.
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Yes
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, we process the deposits on the 14th of each month and they are available in your bank on the 15th or next business day.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    We sign all lease agreements as an agent for the owner and copies are available in your owner portal
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    While we do maintain a list of owners who are actively expanding their portfolios and make them aware of any properties currently under management that are for sale; We believe in doing one thing well and that for us is property management.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    If you prefer a paper check in lieu of direct deposit, all checks are mailed on the 15th or following business day
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Rent is accepted 24/7 and is either paid online through the tenant portal (echeck, auto-draft, credit or debit) or paid with cash using PayNearMe service offered at any CVS or 7-11.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    Standard leases are for one year (12 months) however if the owner approves/requests we can also offer a six or nine month options.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Our standard security deposit is equal to one months rent, we may increase depending on applicants Matrix score
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    As soon as you're ready
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    Any residential property. Single Family, Multi Family, Apartments, Townhomes, and Duplexes
